Formats a number as text with a fixed number of decimals.

Rounds a number to the specified number of decimals and returns the result as text with or without commas.
Syntax
FIXED(number, [decimals], [no_commas])
Arguments
number(number) — Number to format.decimals(number) — Number of digits to the right of decimal.no_commas(logical) — TRUE to prevent commas.
